At Costa Care Property Management we realise that your property is probably your most valuable asset and peace of mind when it comes to the security of your property is no doubt high on your list of priorities.
We offer a 24 hour service and will be available should your alarm system be activated - we will respond immediately to any security issues regarding your property.
Costa Care Property Management can hold a spare set of keys in case clients should lose a set of keys.
Should your locks need to be changed at any time then we will arrange for locksmiths to attend and a member of our staff will attend whilst the work is done.
If you have a safe within your villa or apartment where you keep your property's keys, we can be on hand to unlock the safe and hand over the keys directly to your guests.
We will then meet your guests at the end of their stay and ensure that the keys are returned securely to your safe. This guarantees there is always a key available in your villa or apartment should you return unexpectedly.
We can also:
- Act as your official key holder
- Meet guests to hand over keys if you rent your property
- Attend your property in emergencies
- Let you back into the house if you lock yourself out

- Regularly check your alarm system
