Regular property checks

When you have a property in Spain and it is only used at certain times of the year it is important to have regular checks in and around the property and the grounds.

We can check your property as often as you like and can attend over and above the contracted times should any emergency arise.

We will make scheduled checks including the following:

• Check all drains and flush through toilets and drains to keep them free from smells.
• Check and test all electrical items before and after your client’s arrival to make sure they are all in perfect working order.
• We will carry out a detailed inspection of all interior and exterior walls checking for damp, infestations or any other problems or damage.

• Should there be any severe weather conditions we can check your property for any damage.
• Full check of roofing and all guttering for damage and ensure they are kept clear of debris.
