Keyholding service

If you are out of the country you may need someone to look after the keys and pass them on to your visitors or just hold on to them whilst you are away in case of emergencies. Costa Care Property Management can meet and greet your guests at the airport or your villa or apartment to hand over keys along with any special instructions, maps or itinerary.

Should you have a safe within your villa or apartment where you keep your property's keys, we can be on hand to unlock the safe and hand over the keys directly to your guests.

We will then meet your guests at the end of their stay and ensure that the keys are returned securely to your safe. This guarantees there is always a key available in your villa or apartment.

Alternatively, at the end of the holiday we can collect the keys and ensure that the property is fully secured once your guests have left.

Your property may be your home and for some reason you may have to leave it unattended for any length of time.

Costa Care Property Management can be key holders for your property. This will allow us to check on your property after bad weather, for example, or be the point of contact if you are expecting items to be delivered to the property.
